Murder Mystery Soiree

Jane Stanton Hitchcock Book Partys

WHODUNIT?:
Kuwaiti Ambassador Salem al-Sabah and his wife, Rima, hosted an opulent Middle Eastern buff et on June 16 in honor of Jane Stanton Hitchcock’s release of “One Dangerous Lady,” a sultry, summer murder mystery featuring all the juiciest a ributes of a sizzling page-turner: money, sex and power. §
THE SUSPECTS:
Joyce Rumsfeld, Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer, former Homeland Security Chief Tom Ridge, Alan Greenspan, Andrea Mitchell and Diane Williams, among other Alisters were spotted in the limo gridlock. §
SOLVING THE CRIME:
Speculation was rife on who served as inspiration for many of the novel’s characters. One easy choice was Dominick Dunne, whose alter ego in the book is Larry Locke , a journalist who reports on famous murder cases.
