Over 200 guests celebrated John McCaslin’s new book, “Inside the Beltway: Offbeat Stories, Scoops and Shenanigans from Around the Nation’s Capital,” at Fahrenheit Restaurant at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Georgetown, on August 26. McCaslin’s award-winning, nationally syndicated Washington Times column, “Inside the Beltway,” is popular for witty and insightful writing and unearthing unknown facts aboutpolitics (and politicians) in Washington. The anecdotal-style book is an entertaining compilation of the many tidbits of information McCaslin has revealed in his column over the years.
