Ann and Bill Nitze celebrated the publication of The New York Times style writer Christopher Mason’s new book, “The Art of the Steal: Inside the Sotheby’s-Christies Auction House Scandal” with a party at their house. The 416-page shocker uncovers the infamous price fixing scandal in the 90’s that led to the imprisonment of one of America richest men, former Sotheby’s chairman Alfred Taubman. The book is the result of over 2,400 interviews and has earned rave reviews nationwide.
