At none other thanthe annual Fight for Children event, an old-style smoker thathas become a favorite for a “boys’ night out” in the nation’scapital at the Hilton Washington and Towers. But why shouldthe boys be the ones having all the fun? At the Ritz-CarltonHotel, Victoria’s Secret fashion model Frederique van derWahl and Sam (“Do You Think I’m Sexy?”) Donaldson wereemceeing Knock Out Abuse’s annual benefit for victims ofdomestic violence. Knockouts including special honorees Rep.Mary Bono and former MTV VJ and model/actress KarenDuffy, came out for the fundraiser and dinner on October 18that benefited the House of Ruth, Bethany House and theCrossway Community. Fight for Children benefits numerouslocal children’s charities. At 11:00 p.m., the gentlemen fromFight Night joined the ladies at the Knock Out Abuse eventfor after party dancing.
