The restaurant offers a menu of modern Americancuisine and features a two-story circular design with a 180-seat dining room dressed in creamy white with dark millworkand large comfortable chairs. So, don’t worry about thoseextra calories you may put on during dinner, you’ll still haveroom to move around in your chair at jordans! The restaurantwas designed by Projects, a premier New York design firm.Executive Chefs Daniel Pochron and Martial Noguier(who are no strangers to the Washington culinary scene- theyworked together at the award-winning Citronelle), developedjordans’s menu emphasizing fresh seafood and beefdishes, including some of MJ’s favorite recipes. *
