A cocktail party hosted by General Motors Corporationhonoring President Bush’s new White House chief of staff,Andrew H. Card, Jr., was held at the Kennedy Center on January18th. The Roof Terrace Restaurant site provided anexcellent vantage point for viewing the Inaugural fireworks.
