The 32nd annual Meridian Ball was held in a candle-lit garden on the grounds of the historic Meridian House, under a full moon on Friday,October 13th. The ball which attracted diplomats, politicians and social leaders was preceded by dinners at thirty-six embassies throughout the city. Established in 1960, Meridian International Center is a nonprofit educational and cultural institution that promotes international understanding through the arts and cultural exchange programs.
