Cowboys and Cowgirls at a “Rhinestone Roundup”

The American Cancer Society benefit drew a crowd of over 1,000 Washington professionals who turned into cowboys and cowgirls for the evening at Gannett’s private hangar at Dulles Airport.

Decorated to resemble a frontier town complete with drinking, gambling, calf roping and a mechanical bull, the party honored Cathy Hainer, a USA Today reporter who died of breast cancer last year.
