Dalton Pratt owners Caroline Dalton and Brittany Carlson celebrated the opening of their new fashion and home accessory shop on Wisconsin Avenue, NW. Family, friends and media had the first look at the new two-story space, which was a former tailor shop. It is now open to the public.
The shop features jewelry from Alexis Bittar, Asha and Kara Ackerman, among others. In addition, Gryson handbags, cashmere scarves and throws, candles and soaps from Penhaligan’s and other UK brands for resident anglophiles. The second floor is dedicated to home design with lamps, pillows, small furniture, handmade ceramics by Waylande Gregory, and paintings including glittery Camomile Hixon art.
Carlson, who previously worked at Dalton Brody, owned by Dalton’s mother, and Dalton, who is a fourth generation retailer and Washington, DC native, searched from Atlanta to New York to Europe to find the ideal items to fill the chic Georgetown shop. With so much dedication behind each item, the shop is sure to inspire.
Dalton Pratt is located on 1742 Wisconsin Ave, NW, Washington, DC. For more information call 202-333-3256 or click here.
