Media Spotlight: Mike Hydeck’s Hollywood “Glory”

Less than month after making the Beltway home, new WUSA morning show anchor Mike Hydeck is jumping to the big screen. Mike Hydeck

Hydeck, who debuted on the anchor desk next to Andrea Roane last month has an opening part in the upcoming comedy “Morning Glory”  starring Harrison Ford and Rachel McAdams.

Hydeck who screened the film with his dad said that the movie is truly “laugh out loud funny.”  The legendary J.J. Abrams (Lost, Star Trek) produces the romantic comedy set in the dysfuncitonal world of morning television.

You have a chance to see the movie before anyone else too. WUSA9 and Metromix are giving away 25 pairs of tickets to screen “Morning Glory” on Tuesday, November 9th at the Regal 14th at Gallery Place. The film opens in theaters November 10th.
