Actor Woody Harrelson made a crowd-pleasing impact Oct. 29 when he stopped into the Landmark E Street Cinema for a screening of his new film “The Messenger” on the final night of Washington DC’s second annual IMPACT Film Festival, co-sponsored by the USO and Washington Life magazine.
