FASHION FORWARD: Washington’s stylish set gathered at Saks Jandel to take in resort wear from J. Mendel and Etro and meet the men behind the celebrated design houses. The event, featuring a runway show of diaphanous evening and warm weather garments, benefited Knock out Abuse. THE FASHIONISTAS: J.
